Nick Saban | The Process
In the video below, Nick Saban talks about The Process and how important it is to be consistent in what you do to get the results you want. He also quotes Dr. Martin Luther King Jr when he said, "If you are going to be a street sweeper, be the best street sweeper you can be. Sweep the streets like Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry. Let them put a sign up right here that says, “The best street sweeper in the world lives right here.”

What It's Like Playing for Coach K
At the 14:10 mark, Shane said Coach K knew what button to push. If someone needed a kick in the ass every day, they got a kick in the ass. Some guys needed a hug, and he would give them a hug. Shane said, "My button was being an unbelievable competitor. I had people promise me minutes, and shots, and playing time, and all that other stuff, but Coach K said I'm not going to promise you minutes, playing time, or anything else except the opportunity to earn playing time every day in practice, and if you are good enough, you will play."

What Makes Pros Different
At the 15:55 mark, Shane said the thing that makes pros different is their irrational confidence. At Duke, everyone thinks that they are Grant Hill and going to have a great career. That belief makes you good, but it's also the belief that sometimes doesn't let you see yourself for who you are. He said he knew who he was - no one was going to outthink him, outwork him, and when his time would come, it would come.
